habe angefangen mich in los angeles ein wenig damit zu beschäftigen aus reiner neugierde, auch mit verschiedenen meditations arten und lehren. ist wirklich sehr interessant.

The Thirty-Seven Practices of a Bodhisattva

1. When Friendship with someone causes the three poisons to increase,
degrades activties of listening, reflecting, and meditating,
and destroys loving kindness and compassion
to give up such friendship

2. All suffering comes from yearning for your own happiness
The perfect Buddhas are born from the intention to benefit others
Therefore to truly exchange your own happiness
For the suffering of others

3. If some one cuts off your head
Even when you have not done the slightest thing wrong
through the power of compassion
to take his misdeeds upon yourself

4. All appearances are your own mind,
and mind itself primordially transcends all mental fabrications.
knowing this is the precise nature of reality,
to remain free from dualistic conceptions

jedoch beim lesen festgestellt, obwohl sehr vieles einleuchtend und vernüftigt klingt, dass es fast unmöglich als mensch ist all das einzuhalten ohne sich selbst aufzugeben, zb. siehe 3 und als mönch sein darsein zu fristen

Ich hab auch ein wenig Einblick gewonnen, nachdem ich ein paar Monate mit einem Buddhisten zusammen gewohnt hab.

Mir kann diese Religion gestohlen bleiben. Auch wenn sie in viel bunteren Farben und Bildern malt als die Bibel. Das hat mir schon getaugt. Da brauchst dann wirklich Phantasie, um alles zu schnallen.
